Здравствуйте. Осенью 2014 года, силами и материальными средствами исключительно жильцов подъезда №1, дома, по адресу: ул.Машинная, 42/1 произведён косметический ремонт подъезда, штукатурка стен и их покраска , окрашивание оконных рам и подоконников с откосами окон изнутри, покраска входной двери в подъезд. Также произведена доработка освещения двора и подъезда. В планах установка кабель-каналов для проводов на лестничной клетке.
