Я живу в доме № 2/1 по ул. Тулака с сентября 2013г. Дом в очень плохом состоянии. Подвал дома затоплен канализационными стоками, от них ужасная вонь в подъездах. Двери подъездов разбиты, не удерживают тепло, Подъезды обшарпаные, в них молодые люди, парни, девушки заходят погреться, попить пивка, пописать, извиняюсь за выражение..... Лифты в ужасном состоянии. Со мной на площадке проживают бессовестные соседи, курят в квартире, на лестничных площадках, дышать нечем, на замечания реагируют по-хамски, а ведь это молодые девчата и молодые парни, которые к ним ходят.
